New York passed legislation in April that set forth some very demanding requirements for employers to provide "Workplace Harassment" training, and the first phase of this goes in to effect on October 9th. 

ALL employers must comply - even if they have one employee!

 

All employees must receive the training by the end of this year - and they must receive it annually. After the initial training, all newly hired employees must be trained within 30 days of hire.
